I highly was unsatisfied with the service today to start with the driver forgot my 2 liter soda with my delivery on top of it took almost an hour to deliver my food when I was told 20 minutes the delivery driver she was extremely rude and refused to go back to get my soda I asked her please go get it because it was her job she told me no and then demanded a tip I'm very disappointed because they have good food but they have lost my service

I ordered and picked up "C14" from their menu - Orange Chicken with fried rice. Ugh! The chicken had no flavour and was the texture of cardboard. The fried rice was pathetic. After trying about 10 of the "meal" I gave up and went hungry instead. I have used Joy Luck on and off during the last 15 years or so and have never been truly impressed with their food. This offering this evening was truly the limit - disgusting.Save yourself the disappointment and try elsewhere.

We ordered vegetarian sesame chicken and it most definitely was chicken. When we called to explain the woman had a terrible attitude and screamed at us that it was tofu. It is not difficult to tell the difference between tofu and chicken. In addition they forgot the eggroll and the portions were lunch sized. Terrible service and we wont be back again.

Usually very happy...this time quite disappointed. The Dinner combo cost as much as the dinner however, the quantity is substantially less. Careful when ordering the combo expecting it to be more than enough...You pay more than the lunch menu what you get is exactly the same or less than. First time I have been dissapointed. Im going to try a different carry out for awhile to I stop steaming over this. Have to run back now my guest are still hungry!
